We are seeking Sales Reps, Event Planners, and Production team members to join their staff. Each member must be social media savvy by assisting with posting and sharing flyers. We are looking for individuals who have take charge attitude. Must be able to coordinate and execute multiple events simultaneously. This position requires the ability to meet deadlines with little supervision. Each member must be able to operate successfully in a team environment, have a love for event planning, provide outstanding customer service, and form solid, trusted relationships with internal and external clients and team members.

Additional Responsibilities

Event Planners

  • Post & share events, etc on social media

  • Find and execute vendor sales

  • Assist in contract negotiations for space, arranging food and beverage, ordering supplies and audiovisual equipment, making travel arrangements

  • Proposing new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process

  • Serving as a liaison with vendors on event-related matters.

  • Assisting with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary.

 

Event Planning & Production

  • Assist in setup & breakdown of event signs, and ensuring appropriate décor (florals, linens, color schemes, etc.) to meet quality expectations of internal/external stakeholders.

  • Gathering information on each event to achieve quality event productions.

  • Proposing new ideas to improve the event planning and implementation process.

  • Assisting with managing on-site production and clean up for events as necessary.

  • Preparation of name tags, materials, notebooks, packages, gift bags, registration lists, seating charts, etc.

 

Requirements for ALL:

  • Ability to effectively coordinate and execute events within budget requirements.

  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, proof reading and speaking.

  • Strong time management skills with ability to coordinate multiple projects and work assignments for a variety of internal and external clients.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills both in person and by phone, with high professionalism.

  • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision.

  • Excellent customer service ethic and high expectations for quality.

  • Positive team player, enthusiastic, self motivated and high energy.

  • Travel may be required requested by not required

  • Evening and weekend work is required.
